Our rates can be revised at any moment and must be confirmed at the moment of reservation. The local tax is not included.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
Every reservation must be accompanied by a payment of 30% of its total cost, with the minimum of 1 night, and must be confirmed in written form by the Hotel. In case of payment by transfer or cheque, a credit card number will be demanded in order to secure the reservation. In case of absence of payment, the credit card left as a guarantee will be charged according to the same conditions as in case of cancelation. The total cost of your stay is to be settled at your convenience the arrival day.
In case of cancelation, client can be charged in the following situations:
*Cancelation more than 48 hours before the arrival date: free of charge.
*Cancellation less than 48 hours before the arrival date or, a “no show”, or a shortened stay: 1 night will be charged for and charged directly on your credit card.
NO REPAYMENT OR COMPENSATION WILL BE MADE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
* Any service which was ordered but not consumed.
*Early departure from the hotel caused by superior force or personal convenience.
ACCOMMODATION LUGGAGE PARKING
Rooms are put at clients’ disposal at 3 o’clock p.m. the day of arrival. The check-out must be done before 11 o’clock a.m. the day of departure; should it not be the case an additional night will be charged for.
An information form will be completed at your arrival and before taking possession of the room.
A baby cot (on reservation and according to availability) can be put in your room for children younger than 24 months.
For long stays the room will not be cleaned after 12:00 o’clock a.m.
A buffet breakfast is served from 7 to 10 o’clock. It can be taken in the breakfast hall or in your room.

Every room damage caused by the client during the stay will be charged for and debite directly on the credit card.
The hotel cannot take responsibility for any cases of theft, loss or damage done to the luggage left by clients in the public parts of the hotel (such as corridors, the lounge, or the lift) or in an unlocked room.
The hotel cannot be considered responsible of any theft or damage done to vehicles parked within the underground partner parking of the hotel.
Pets are not accepted.
Smoking or using an e-cigarette is forbidden in all areas of the hotel.
A non-returned room card will be charged 5.00€ per card.
The return of forgotten objects will be charged 10.00€ in addition to shipping fees.
The contract of reservation can be rightfully terminated by the hotel, without it being a cause for any payment of compensation or interest to the client, if it is caused by a constituent event of a superior force or in case of an impossibility of exploitation of the hotel in accordance with the commonly accepted hotel norms for a reason non attributable to the hotel, notably in case of a delayed opening or a lack of opening (natural disaster, closed roads) as well as in case of suspension of the client’s payment.
TREATMENT OF COMPLAINTS AND LITIGATIONS
Any difference of interpretation or application of this contract which could be the subject of an amicable settlement will be brought to the closest bankruptcy court.
